What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where my multilingual legal interpretation, investigation, and anti-corruption experience can strengthen accountability—while supporting fair court processes, evidence-driven work, and effective public policy and training.

I translate documents and provide court interpretation into French, English, Kiswahili and Kinyarwanda for judges, lawyers, experts, suspects, victims, and witnesses at The Supreme Court/Rwanda. I also deliver linguistic and legal support throughout criminal processes, ensuring accurate communication across key stakeholders.

Previously, I served as an Investigator in the Office of the Ombudsman/Rwanda, handling injustice cases through investigation and mediation to redress Citizens human rights. I conducted criminal investigations on corruption and financial crimes, gathered incriminating evidence, and drafted files for Prosecution, while also performing compliance audits to detect risks of mismanagement and other malpractices.

I’ve developed and supported anti-corruption and good-governance outputs, including drafting modules, policies, legal instruments, and research papers used for investigating, prosecuting, criminalizing, and preventing financial offences. I also contribute to regional and international cooperation to support legal mutual assistance and assets recovery.

My background blends law, practice, and continuous learning—training through institutions including Basel Institute on Governance, UNODC, Interpol, World Bank, and the Hague Academy for Local Governance. With an LLM and additional legal practice credentials, plus Certified Internal Audit qualification, I bring disciplined, evidence-focused professionalism grounded in strong multilingual capability.
