I combine strategic planning, PRINCE2-certified project delivery, and hands-on technical leadership in storage and SAN environments.

I have led large global teams and PMO functions, standardised storage processes with a Follow-the-Sun model, and driven significant cost and risk reductions—delivering high-volume data migrations, optimisation initiatives, and transformation programmes on time and within budget.

I also bring strong governance experience from long-standing charity trustee and safeguarding roles, with a focus on GDPR compliance, policy development, and building high-performing teams to sustain continuous improvement and stakeholder trust.
