What I'm looking for

I'm looking to resume my construction project management career in the UK, delivering healthcare or commercial projects while coordinating stakeholders, site teams, budgets, risks, and handovers.

At Artelia in London, I led healthcare capital works and commercial retail fit-out projects, delivering work on time from design input through handover.

I coordinated clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers, landlords, and local authorities across concurrent projects. My work covered budget tracking, cost-value reconciliation, variations, change control, risk, inspections, snagging, and CDM 2015 compliance under NEC and JCT contracts.

I also founded and built Teach Nomad, an AI-powered ESL recruitment platform, taking it from concept to a live MVP and architecting its core AI-matching engine.

My hands-on construction background, operational leadership in hospitality, and two years teaching in Taiwan have strengthened how I communicate across site teams, clients, cultures, and changing priorities.
