Garnet Matola

@garnetmatola

I build and ship full-stack web applications with Python, Flask, React, and Next.js.

What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and ship web applications where I can contribute across back-end and full-stack development, take ownership of delivery, collaborate with a team, and continue growing my technical skills.

I've built and shipped client websites end-to-end as a freelance web developer, covering front-end and back-end development, deployment, requirements gathering, and client communication.

As Co-Founder and COO of DIcode Digital Solutions, I help build the company’s technical and operational foundation while overseeing project delivery, client web development work, and day-to-day operations.

I trained in back-end development through ALX Africa’s Software Engineering programme, working with Python, Flask, SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, JavaScript, C, and shell scripting. I enjoy taking ownership from individual features through to delivery.
