Lead design direction and own end-to-end UX decisions across every assigned STAR project spanning 6+ modules, including CRM, unit sales, service management, spare parts, events and promotions, and finance. Own and lead maintenance of the STAR design system, defining reusable components, patterns, and usage guidance.

Delivered measurable outcomes across 3 web applications: simplified key financial and e-commerce workflows from 7+ steps to 3-4 and launched an invoice generator adopted by initial clients as their primary tool within its first quarter. Built reusable design systems and responsive usage guidance for Finance AR/AP, project management, and content management products.

Designed healthcare products spanning NOTES, an electronic medical record platform, and BITME, a finance, accounting, and point-of-sale system. Delivered measurable UX and system outcomes including increasing SUS from 55 to 72, reducing cashier interactions from 8 clicks to 4, and simplifying the patient queue journey from 5 screens to 2.

Delivered landing pages and dashboards for multiple clients, applying responsive layouts, visual hierarchy, and conversion-oriented design principles. Simplified navigation and core task flows while managing design delivery against agreed client deadlines.
