What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote CTO, Head of Engineering, Technical Lead, or senior platform leadership role that combines strategic responsibility with hands-on technical work.

I've led Newsflare's engineering for more than a decade, helping evolve an online video-sharing platform serving over 100,000 users. I build and maintain backend systems, REST APIs, third-party integrations, AWS infrastructure, and the operational foundations that keep the platform reliable.

Through M&G Development, which I founded in Bulgaria, I deliver custom web, backend, infrastructure, and consulting services for Bulgarian and international clients. I manage a small team and take projects from solution scoping and architecture through hosting, maintenance, support, and client delivery.

My background includes modernizing legacy systems, building e-commerce and business platforms, improving security and performance, and leading teams through code reviews, mentoring, pair programming, and Agile delivery.
