I generate qualified leads through CRM and prospecting tools, build prospect databases for sales and marketing teams, and support email marketing campaigns that promote event recognition.

Previously at Semos Education, I helped customers identify suitable products, maintained accurate CRM records, suggested additional products, and consistently contributed to individual and team sales targets.

I've studied Marketing at the University American College Skopje and bring strong English and Serbian communication skills to market research, client relationships, and cross-functional collaboration.
