What I'm looking for

I am seeking a clinical leadership role in a patient-centered organization where I can lead nursing teams, improve care quality, mentor staff, and advance community and maternal-child health programs.

I am a registered community health nurse with five years of progressive experience in hospital and community settings, providing high-quality patient care across medical, surgical and maternity wards.

I currently serve as Head of Nursing Department at St Joseph Health Centre where I supervise staff, coordinate duties, manage resources and lead quality improvement and policy activities.

My clinical strengths include triage, maternal and child health services, immunization programs, emergency response, medication administration and infection prevention, supported by trainings in immunization catch-up, IPC, HIV updates and obstetric emergency drills.

I am team-oriented, a student mentor and an advocate for inclusive healthcare; I maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with MOH reporting and continually update my skills to align with current guidelines.
