Mercy Adhiambo

I am a Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse with hands-on experience in acute care, maternal-child health, pediatric inpatient care, and community immunization services. I deliver patient-centered care across outpatient, ward, labor, postnatal and newborn settings while maintaining strict infection control and accurate documentation.

At Beacon of Hope Hospital I manage triage, wound care, medication administration, IV therapy, MCH/CWC services, immunizations and family planning, and I provide emergency preparedness and pediatric life-support where needed. I have also worked locum roles providing CWC and immunization services with full adherence to KEPI cold-chain protocols.

I hold a Diploma from Kenya Medical Training College, an NCK licence, BLS certification and Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care certification. I prioritize therapeutic communication, teamwork, adaptability and meticulous clinical documentation to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
