At Yazaki do Brasil, I manage an annual purchasing portfolio of approximately BRL 750 million, focusing on supplier competitiveness, supply continuity and commercial terms. I negotiate pricing, payment terms and lead times with domestic and international suppliers.
I also develop and qualify suppliers and components with Engineering, Logistics, Quality and manufacturing teams. I led localization of a roughly BRL 20 million supply package, achieving BRL 5 million in cost reductions while improving payment terms and lead time.
Earlier at Yazaki do Brasil, I supported technical purchasing, supplier development and purchasing analysis. At VCP Automação, I prepared technical quotations and advised industrial customers on pneumatic and hydraulic solutions; I also coordinated activities for B’Energy Racing's academic Formula SAE project using Scrum.
