At the National Environment Management Council (NEMC), I conduct environmental inspections and audits, contribute to ESIA reviews, and support monitoring of Special Environmental Areas. I also contribute to climate change initiatives and technical reporting.
As Secondary Focal Point for the Fund for Responding to Loss and Damage (FRLD) under the Barbados Implementation Modalities (BIM), I contribute to coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement on climate finance access modalities.
Earlier, I supervised plant operations at STAMICO: Katente Mineral Processing Demonstration Centre and operated Carbon in Pulp systems for gold processing. I also supported CIP and elution plant commissioning and conducted laboratory analysis, including Atomic Absorption Spectrometry.
