I am a Metallurgist with hands-on experience in gold processing plants, committed to improving metallurgical efficiency and reducing operational costs while upholding strict safety standards.
At Geita Gold Mine I progressed from Intern Metallurgist to Production Metallurgist, delivering timely and accurate metallurgical analysis, developing operating methods and SOPs, troubleshooting operations, and leading continuous improvement and reagent-optimization initiatives.
