At BNP Paribas Cardif, I analyzed and audited insurance claims across several lines, including extended warranties, accidental damage, theft, and microinsurance. I reviewed cases throughout the customer journey, supporting fraud prevention and data-based claim decisions.

Today, I develop end-to-end AI automation systems with n8n, API integrations, WhatsApp, and databases to address operational bottlenecks, scale service, and reduce manual work. I also build MVPs and apps with FlutterFlow, and create Power BI dashboards and indicators for operational analysis.

I'm the founder of CheckAqui, a SaaS project for managing service requests and providers with digital checklists. I apply automation architecture, system integrations, interfaces, and data analysis to real business processes.
