What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an FNP role in primary care where I can combine patient-centered clinical care with evidence-based infection prevention, interdisciplinary collaboration, and leadership to improve outcomes and support safe, high-quality care.

I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner candidate (MSN-FNP) graduating December 2026, bringing progressive clinical experience across primary care, critical care, infusion therapy, and long-term care. I focus on patient assessment, chronic disease management, preventive care, and evidence-based, patient-centered practice.

As an Assistant Director of Nursing and Infection Preventionist, I provide clinical and operational nursing leadership while overseeing infection prevention and control in line with CDC, CMS, NJDOH, and NHSN guidance. I conduct surveillance, outbreak investigations, and infection tracking, and lead staff education on hand hygiene, isolation precautions, and antibiotic stewardship.

I’m proficient with Athenahealth, Epic, Cerner, and PointClickCare for EMR documentation and safe clinical workflows. With a bilingual background in English and Spanish, I collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, educate patients, and optimize outcomes through continuous quality improvement.
