I am a dedicated nursing professional pursuing a Master’s in Family Nurse Practice, bringing hands-on clinical experience and supervisory leadership in home health and neonatal intensive care.

As a Nurse Supervisor, I oversee care teams, complete assessments and drug testing, and coordinate with clients, guardians, nurses, and physicians to ensure quality care and accurate nurse orders.

Previously, I worked in a Neonatal ICU where I assessed neonates, managed medications and charts, collaborated with interdisciplinary teams, and educated families through hospitalization and discharge.

I value clear communication, teamwork, and dependable documentation, and I am focused on delivering patient-centered care while advancing my clinical scope as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
