What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a hospitality or food-service management role where I can lead teams, manage operations and inventory, deliver strong customer service, and continue building my operational and administrative skills.

I'm currently managing daily store operations at Tiff's Treats, including scheduling, labor and sales projections, inventory purchasing, and performance reporting.

I oversee a team of 12–15 employees and use organization, leadership, and attention to detail to keep operations running smoothly. Previously, I led shifts of 4–5 employees while handling customer concerns, inventory, product organization, and oven operations.

My food-service experience also includes preparing and serving orders at Mooyah Burger and Big League Dreams, where I operated fryers, grills, ovens, and other kitchen equipment while maintaining quality control and organized workspaces.

I'm completing a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and Tourism at the University of North Texas and bring Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate certification along with hands-on administrative and operational experience.
