I provide individual and group counselling for people experiencing emotional distress, using cognitive-based counselling techniques and individual treatment plans.

I'm registered with ASCHP and have completed over 150 counselling hours across play therapy, individual counselling, child and adolescent counselling, and family counselling. I've also supported neurodivergent teenagers, young adults, and adults on their recovery journeys.

As an Office Administrator, I coordinate resources, oversee office procedures, manage reception protocols, and maintain daily customer liaison.

I use Xero and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to create and upload invoices, handle debtor statements, and support positive client relationships. I bring an empathetic, organised approach and can adapt with creative solutions when needed.
