At İstanbul Medipol Üniversitesi, I’m developing an academic performance and incentive platform used by university leadership and approximately 3,000 researchers. With a two-person team, I’ve built backend services for performance reviews, approval and payment workflows, and research reporting.
I developed a versioned rule engine for complex incentive and publication-fee calculations, and built data-cleaning services that combine publication, conference, book, project, and patent records. I also integrated bibliometric sources including Scopus and Web of Science.
Previously, at İLET Bilişim Hizmetleri, I developed microservice-based backend modules and integrations for academic platforms and POS systems. I also designed PXQL, a type-safe query language for PostgreSQL that has been used in production across multiple higher-education projects.
