I’m an empathetic, responsible medical case manager with 5+ years of clinical experience, currently supporting companies and crew members through effective case coordination and healthcare management.

I manage medical cases end-to-end—balancing appropriate, cost-effective healthcare with quality patient care, medical case evaluation, and strategic coordination of operational priorities.

From fast-paced environments, I coordinate with hospitals, physicians, and internal stakeholders to maintain continuity of care, resolve case-related issues, and escalate risk when needed. I also prioritize urgent and complex cases, handle cross-functional escalation, and produce comprehensive medical reports with accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.

I’ve handled up to 34 active cases per month and completed up to 9 medical reports per day, resolving over 50 medical cases and helping more than 30 patients return to work after serious medical conditions. I’m open to remote or onsite opportunities and willing to relocate internationally within the next year.
