I am looking for opportunities to lead healthcare initiatives that improve access and quality for underserved communities.

I am a dedicated medical doctor with a strong managerial background in rural healthcare, committed to ensuring that underprivileged communities have access to high-quality healthcare services. My journey began at North Sumatera University, where I earned my medical degree and developed a passion for improving patient care and safety.

Throughout my career, I have successfully coordinated critical initiatives and managed medical services, demonstrating proven leadership in various healthcare settings. My role as Head of Medical and Health Service at HKBP Hospital allowed me to lead the COVID Vaccination Team and oversee the Hospital Quality and Safety Patient Committee, where I implemented significant improvements in patient care.

In addition to my clinical experience, I have contributed to the medical field through publications and research, focusing on inclusive healthcare practices. I am continuously seeking opportunities to enhance healthcare delivery and advocate for the needs of vulnerable populations.
