At Chubb Life Insurance Indonesia, I lead system analysis and architecture for large-scale initiatives, including AI adoption across the IT SDLC.
I previously supported sales and communication system migrations spanning telemarketing, email, payment, and data integration systems. My work turns business requirements into technical specifications, architecture deliverables, and practical workflow improvements.
At Cigna Indonesia, I progressed from IT Management Associate to Senior IT System Analyst, leading medium projects and contributing to Agile sales platforms such as telemarketing and Personal Insurance Agent systems.
I also delivered work across customer portal and anti-money-laundering initiatives, system integration testing, and ASP.NET development. I enjoy coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving complex technical issues, and delivering solutions within scope, timeline, and budget.
