At Mazzella Companies' Jacksonville Lifting Center, I lead daily crane-service operations across North Florida, from technician deployment and breakdown response through quotations, documentation, and closeout.

I've built more than 20 years of crane-industry leadership and approximately 40 years of maintenance experience across overhead cranes, hoists, rigging, controls, electrification, inspections, and field troubleshooting.

I turn inspection findings into prioritized repairs, upgrades, preventive-maintenance plans, and customer roadmaps. I use risk, downtime exposure, repair priorities, and cost-of-doing-nothing analysis to build reliability proposals that support production goals.

I coach teams around safety, service quality, root-cause documentation, accountability, and customer ownership while balancing utilization, cost, scheduling, and safe execution.
