At Channel 5, I project managed a migration to a new access-services provider against a fixed contract deadline, delivering on time with no on-air impact. I also rebuilt a WhatsOn-to-Airtable data pipeline, migrating just under 8,000 records with zero errors.

I built a unified Airtable commissioning tool integrated with WhatsOn scheduling, automating status updates and cutting team workload by 5–10 hours a week. I’ve also designed FAST channel scheduling workflows and managed scheduling-system upgrades through UAT and deployment.

Earlier at Channel 5, I worked in channel operations and scheduling, supporting system migrations, channel launches and rebrands. I’m PRINCE2 Agile and PSM1 qualified, and work across waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery.
