At Smith and Long Limited, I transformed IT operations from a function delivered by one external consultant into a multi-level internal team. I established the service desk from scratch and provide hands-on support for advanced escalations.

I implemented zero trust using Microsoft Global Secure Access and Windows Hello for Business, and moved the company from legacy telephony to Microsoft Teams. I’m currently rolling out Intune and managing the Microsoft 365 estate.

At NTT BPO, I designed and built the Azure landing zone and led the migration of core technologies onto it. I also established an infrastructure-as-code practice using GitHub and Terraform; earlier at Merchants Pty Ltd, I led ISO 27001 re-certification and architected an Azure landing zone.
