I am a seasoned engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in designing, scaling, and delivering complex software platforms, particularly in cloud-native, microservices, and serverless environments. My journey has taken me through various roles where I have successfully led globally distributed teams, mentored managers and engineers, and driven large-scale digital transformations. My expertise lies in AWS cloud architecture, DevOps, CI/CD automation, and SaaS multi-tenant delivery.

At Slalom Consulting, I built and led engineering teams on multi-year transformation initiatives for fintech and enterprise clients. One of my notable achievements was spearheading the delivery of a cloud-native step-up authentication solution using AWS Lambda, which was shipped 1.5 months ahead of schedule.
