At Impact Carbon, I manage digital data collection and data quality for projects in Uganda and Nigeria using KoboToolbox and SurveyCTO. I clean and structure sales and project-monitoring data, consolidating multiple sources into one unified database for analysis.
I also train colleagues on data collection tools and quality checks, and apply controls so reports are based on accurate data. I manage and archive sales ledgers and warranty cards for audit-ready records.
At Crownzcom Limited, I led end-user training and post-launch support across clinical departments. For the Firstline Medical Center HMIS implementation, I directed requirements, module design and implementation, cutting data-entry errors by 60%.
I built custom SQL reports and dashboards for operational reporting and worked on HMIS audits and optimization. At the Uganda Heart Institute, I led an independent audit covering 32 modules and ran 192 test scenarios across 16 modules, documenting deficiencies with evidence for escalation.
