At METALGAMA | IBERITALGROUP, I’m responsible for plant operations across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Purchasing and the Technical Office, leading a 25-person team. I manage production planning, capacity and operational priorities while coordinating shop-floor and technical functions.
I’ve driven Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement across the plant’s production processes. I implemented Kaizen and visual management, led a digital Manufacturing Order management system to improve production tracking and traceability, and implemented a machine maintenance application.
At IBERITALGROUP, I supported production management, quality improvement and Lean initiatives, and participated in implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems in Spain and China. I also completed a two-month assignment at the Group’s manufacturing facility in China, implementing organisational and operational improvements.
