I’m an International Logistics and Trade Compliance professional with experience in global billing operations, customs processes, and regulated pharmaceutical logistics environments. I connect Finance, Operations, and Data to strengthen accuracy, compliance, and operational performance.

In my current role as Global Billing & Reporting Specialist, I manage global billing and reporting across 60+ countries. I validate billing data—including customs duties, VAT, and international shipment charges—while coordinating with Operations, Finance, and Compliance across multiple regions.

I focus on root-cause improvements: I identify discrepancies in transport and billing systems (TMS / SAP), develop Power BI dashboards to track KPIs, and escalate system inconsistencies that impact revenue recognition. I also support financial audits by preparing and validating operational and financial data.

Earlier, I handled high-volume billing for international shipments (~10,000/month) and reviewed import/export documentation to ensure compliance with trade requirements. I also developed contract and tax compliance expertise through roles supporting post-M&A integration work and U.S. international tax compliance processes.
