At Microsoft, I build platform personalization and Enterprise Search products for Microsoft 365 Copilot. I traced a retrieval defect affecting billions of daily emails, secured cross-organization funding, and improved Copilot file-sharing recall by 7.2%.
I design metrics architectures that turn raw service data into leadership-ready dashboards, exposing quality gaps and helping drive freshness improvements and an approximately 6% increase in Copilot citation quality. I also built automation harnesses, API-debugging tools, and knowledge agents adopted by 35+ PMs.
My technical foundation spans AI, autonomous systems, distributed systems, electronics, and embedded firmware. I’ve also led satellite firmware testing and developed an AI collision-warning device for cyclists from prototype through business-plan pitch.
