At UnitedHealth Group — Optum, I own reporting and data infrastructure for global IT hardware operations. I built an automated inventory reconciliation pipeline that replaced a manual process taking five days with one that completes in minutes.
I develop SQL Server data models and Power Automate pipelines, and deliver Power BI dashboards for inventory, procurement, and chargeback reporting. My forecasting models support reorder timing and capital planning, while automated alerts surface inventory mismatches and reorder points.
Before Optum, I introduced analytics and replenishment planning at Pharmacy Cleanroom Supply and directed its migration to Microsoft Dynamics ERP. Earlier, I managed logistics, inventory, and international procurement at Bearing Technology Specialties, LLC; I also hold an MBA and an MIT MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management.
