Francesco Loiudice

Let me introduce myself: my name is Francesco Loiudice, I’m 24 years old, I was born in Bari, and I currently live in Milan for my job as a production technician at RAI. I graduated from the “Da Vinci - Majorana” high school with a focus on applied sciences and from the Accademia del cinema di Enziteto, where I began studying the various professional roles in the film industry and the artistic approaches of filmmakers. Immediately after graduating in 2021, I co-founded the video production company Liminal Space with two colleagues through the regional “PIN – Pugliesi Innovativi” grant program. I began exploring the world of audiovisual media and cinema at a very young age, which allowed me to follow all the evolutionary steps that have led to today’s professional landscape. I’ve witnessed the evolution of videomaking from DSLRs to mirrorless cameras, all the way to compact, affordable cinema cameras, and now the increasingly frequent use of artificial intelligence in content production. My experience on film sets—ranging from music videos to TV series—and within my production company, where I’ve had the opportunity to experiment with animation software such as After Effects and Unreal Engine 5, gives me a flexible perspective both from a professional standpoint and in terms of content analysis. My experience as a production technician at RAI is strengthening my problem-solving skills and my ability to work in teams within multidisciplinary and highly complex environments.
