At DRYFO – Menexopoulos Bros S.A., I built the dedicated Procurement function from the ground up, establishing standardized sourcing, purchasing, inventory planning, supplier management and reporting processes.

I manage approximately €24m in annual procurement spend and designed an ERP-connected, Excel-based inventory planning and forecasting framework. I also established supplier and product price databases, price-movement analysis, freight-rate reporting and inventory alerts to support sourcing decisions.

Previously, at ARIVIA S.A. | Upfield Group, I managed procurement across ingredients and packaging in a ~€40m annual spend environment. I contributed to ARIVIA's integration into Upfield's procurement organization, supported adoption of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba, and worked with international procurement and category teams on sourcing projects and tenders.
