At Womenful Voice, I lead work advancing gender equity, menstrual health, and the empowerment of women and girls through advocacy, education, and leadership development. I’ve spearheaded programs reaching 6,000+ women and children through menstrual equity initiatives, leadership training, and community outreach.
I lead fundraising strategy and secured event sponsorships exceeding $10,000, alongside campaigns that brought in $4,000+ in menstrual health products for girls in Haiti and an additional $3,000 for organizational programs. I’ve also led 10+ virtual events that increased the organization’s online visibility by 30%.
I designed operational systems and workflow improvements that increased organizational efficiency by 30%, and I lead, supervise, and develop a multidisciplinary team of 55+ staff and volunteers. My work also includes budget oversight, program performance reviews, and reporting to the Board and partners.
Previously at Womenful Voice, I served as Chief of Staff, Advisory Board Chair, and Executive Assistant, supporting operations, volunteer coordination, governance, and organizational planning.
