As procurement chief I did the supplier negotiation (chemicals, lab. Supplies, beverages ingredients, among others). For our Coca-Cola factory, our Spirits division "Caribe Cooler" and our environmental lab.

Strategic project planner, co-lead the Flexible plan project. We achieve to make one of the group factory's profitable again within 1 year. Accomplish a 2 digit EBIT.

As a CRM manager and KAM I handle The Coca-Cola company in the USA and CN. Also ABInveb in México . Laison between shipping, operations, and sales, we keep our delivery % on-time 95%.

I was one of the leaders that brought to Queretaro an Italian company to do the start up, I help to do all the industrialization. Was capable to blend-in with the Italian people and culture. Spend 85% of the time in Italy so we can do the phase in-out of the production.
