I am an experienced special education teacher and program leader with over sixteen years working with CBC curriculum and diverse learner needs. I combine classroom experience with program coordination and curriculum design to improve learner outcomes.
As a CEO and program coordinator, I led curriculum development, program evaluation, finance management, and staff training to align programs with organizational goals. I have written and modified curricula for general and special needs students and coordinated stakeholder engagement.
My classroom background includes special education instruction, development of intervention and behavior plans, conducting ARD/annual reviews, and delivering staff development for teachers. I have hands-on rehabilitation experience supporting clients with traumatic brain injury and training new staff.
