I’m a Systemic companion and AI practitioner, bridging technical AI delivery with human-centered change. I work in a “quereinstieg”-mindset: I translate between technical teams and stakeholders so alignment actually happens.

As a freelance AI consultant and change companion, I build productive AI systems for my clients, including multi-agent pipelines and RAG architectures. I also create automation workflows (e.g., Claude Code, n8n, MCP) and support adoption by managing the transition from prototypes to sustainable use.

Alongside AI work, I bring deep facilitation and systemic methods from coaching, mediation, and organizational development. I design and lead workshops and multi-day seminars (including leadership and personality development formats) that reduce pressure, enable dialogue, and turn conflict or growth phases into actionable progress.

My experience spans education, EU consortia, and social-sector contexts—onboarding and guiding stakeholders across different “KI-reife” levels. I’ve coached hundreds of conversations and supported large numbers of schools and ministries-level stakeholders, focusing on adoption, stakeholder fit, and practical outcomes.
