At Data Sciences International, I owned two international telemetry business lines with full P&L responsibility, launched implantable medical telemetry devices and software, and won 12% market share across EMEA and North America. I also improved customer satisfaction by 14% and product-line profitability by 9% through Voice of Customer analysis, COGS reviews, and strategic pricing.
I'm currently building product management as a strategic function at Armstark, redesigning the operating model, standardising NPI, and creating leadership dashboards across SAP, CRM, and media data. Across software, medical technology, and automotive markets, I've led product launches, SaaS transformation, agile delivery, commercial strategy, and cross-cultural teams throughout Europe, North America, and Asia.
