Previously, I worked as an Operations Analyst at Cellulant Ghana, where I identified defects in business operations and implemented solutions that significantly improved efficiency. My role involved ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service delivery. I also have experience as a Customer Service Agent, where I developed strong interpersonal skills and learned the importance of client relations. My leadership roles during my university years have further enhanced my ability to work collaboratively and manage projects effectively.
