What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead finance, shared-services, treasury, FP&A, or transformation operations where I can strengthen governance, automate processes, develop teams, and deliver measurable efficiency, control, and performance gains.

I've led large-scale financial operations at Grupo Tabhi, Rede D'Or, Sodexo, Energisa, and Vale, spanning shared services, receivables, accounts payable, hospital billing, treasury, and financial transformation.

At Energisa, I managed 64 employees across 13 distributors, handling more than R$3.5 billion in monthly disbursements. I increased automated payments from 92% to 98%, sustained SLA above 99%, reduced headcount by 15% through automation, and delivered R$1 million in additional revenue through a receivables-anticipation project.

I've also managed R$200 million in monthly hospital billing at Rede D'Or and processed 120,000 fiscal documents monthly at Sodexo. I combine governance, compliance, process redesign, ERP implementation, automation, and hands-on leadership to improve financial information, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
