I founded Aliant (tryaliant.com), a multi-tenant AI voice platform that runs outbound sales and customer support calls. I own product strategy, go-to-market, and end-to-end delivery, from idea to production.

On the core of the product, I built a real-time voice engine that uses speech-to-speech models on live phone calls. The workflow has the agent write the conversation script, qualify leads, book appointments, and hand over to a human closer.

I also engineered the platform’s end-to-end VoIP layer, with dial-to-live audio behind a provider-agnostic layer that works with any SIP carrier. For supervision, I added live supervision so a human can listen in, whisper to the agent, or take over mid-conversation.

Before Aliant, I’ve worked as a software developer at Raiffeisen Bank in Pristina, supporting Temenos T24 Transact subroutines and contributing to a Loan Management System that digitises the approval chain across six departments. I’ve also built .NET and React front-end features at SunnyHillTech, and have delivered full-stack web and mobile products as a freelance software engineer.
