I'm building Proklinika, an AI-powered healthcare web app for the Kosovo market, where I manage the product lifecycle from architecture and development through deployment and maintenance. I built it with Laravel and Nuxt.js, including OpenAI-powered agents that summarize patients’ previous visits for doctors.
At Ritech International AG, I develop scalable healthcare microservices serving more than 600,000 clinicians across the U.S. I build Python and Django REST Framework backend services, React features, and reliable systems in a privacy-focused healthcare environment.
I’ve led teams and delivered HIPAA-compliant services for PerfectServe, improving patient search to millisecond-level responses with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch and introducing surveys used by hundreds of thousands of patients. I also teach Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science at AAB College, connecting practical software engineering with hands-on learning.
