Filip Jovanovic
@filipjovanovic1
PhD operational researcher and data analyst specialising in optimisation.
What I'm looking for
I am a PhD-level operational researcher and data analyst with deep expertise in optimisation algorithms, model calibration, nonlinear dynamics, and statistics for complex dynamical systems. I have applied mathematical and analytical tools across health economics, engineering and data analytics, improving model performance and delivering reproducible code and workflows.
I develop and refine MATLAB and R solutions, introduce collaborative GitHub practices, and communicate technical findings to both academic and industry audiences. My work includes constructing and validating infectious disease and cost-effectiveness models, researching parameter uncertainty quantification, and presenting at international conferences.
