At GRIDSERVE, I managed EV charging-location data across internal and external mapping platforms, resolved long-standing data issues, and helped establish a master data source with 100% accuracy alongside the Data Science team. I also resolved 99% of Google Business Profile data issues and contributed to network-platform testing, SOPs, and process improvements.

At Grab, I produced fleet, compliance, insurance, maintenance, and repair reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Looker Studio. I reduced daily workshop-order reporting from three hours to 20 minutes with 100% accuracy through Excel automation formulas.

I've also managed procurement, CAPEX tracking, invoices, travel, visas, vehicle assets, sales orders, delivery orders, and financial-data verification. I focus on maintaining accuracy, resolving inefficiencies, and translating data and operational needs into practical solutions.
