I designed and deployed a master Power BI platform that consolidates fragmented data for real-time KPI monitoring across material management, liquidation, and project spend. For PSI intercompany order management, I built a Power BI and SQL platform that reduced follow-up and reconciliation from 3–5 days to under 45 minutes and raised on-time delivery from ~4% to a sustained 65–82%.
I’ve also streamlined settlement workflows, growing quarterly branch liquidation 62.5% from $800K to $1.3M. In academic and applied projects, I used Tabu Search to reduce hospital patient-travel distance 15%, analyzed ROA/ROS/WACC for Cía. Minera Poderosa, and applied SIPOC and Ishikawa at LISTO! to cut service cycle time 20%.
