I’m a Senior Data & Analytics professional with 12+ years of experience in Data Analytics (6.5 yrs) and B2B Sales (6 yrs). As an Electrical Engineer with a Higher Diploma in Data Analytics and an MBA in Commercial Management, I bring both technical depth and commercial clarity to every solution.

At Aon, I led GenAI-powered analytics for AonGPT, an internal AI Chatbot used by 60k+ employees to query and interpret internal data, generate content, and improve productivity. I built a chat analytics pipeline using Azure OpenAI Batch API, Databricks, and Python to classify anonymized chats into structured use cases—improving accuracy and consistency by refining system prompts and taxonomy.

I also productionized core AI capabilities and governed analytics at scale. I implemented AI Agents with an evaluation framework (Q&A dataset, SME validation, automated scoring) to ensure consistent, context-aware responses, and delivered agents across help and business domains—achieving 78% correct answers with 7% misleading answers for a first release. In parallel, I designed a daily data refresh pipeline integrating Azure CosmosDB, LLM cost, and Microsoft Active Directory into a governed single source of truth, refreshing 50+ Unity Catalog tables and powering downstream PowerBI analytics.

Earlier, I built a Python Analytics Product at Aon (Streamlit) that reduced data validation and report generation time by 60% and improved end-to-end delivery by 15% by replacing manual workflows with standardized templates.
