Architected a tax management platform for Teresina, built on 26+ independent FastAPI microservices running on AWS EKS with isolated PostgreSQL schemas. Designed a legislative management system with law tracking, amendment workflows, and semantic search, while reducing AWS infrastructure costs by ~30% via EC2 Spot, rightsizing, and automated environment shutdowns.

Engineered backend systems for a fintech platform handling FGTS credit operations, sustaining 30,000+ daily active users and peak transaction rates of 300 requests/min. Migrated from Docker Swarm to AWS Lambda serverless microservices to scale elastically during high-demand cycles and reduce idle infrastructure costs for a platform transacting over R$22M/month at peak.

Led a sustentation engineering team of 10 developers, managing task delegation, code reviews, and production deployments for state-level government systems. Stabilized and optimized high-traffic applications serving 2M+ registered citizens with 200,000+ payslip issuances per month, and delivered a digital ID wallet for people with disabilities and autism spectrum disorder.

Developed core payment processing systems ensuring transactional integrity and high availability through RESTful APIs and webhook-based third-party integrations. Contributed to achieving PCI-DSS certification by implementing compliant data handling and security controls, and integrated a BaaS layer to enable direct merchant payouts.
