At Legal i Tech, I map business and law-firm operations to identify bottlenecks, open commitments, and practical improvements. I built an AI-powered KPI dashboard with Trello automations that gives law-firm leadership one view of overdue tasks, workload, and bottlenecks.
I also build AI and low-code tools, including a lead-qualification CRM and a client feedback platform, using Claude, ChatGPT, and Lovable. I led a legal-system migration for a law firm with 12,000 matters, with zero data errors.
At FASV Advogados, I led the migration of 7,000 matters, 200,000 records, and 2 TB of data to Legal One with zero errors, acting as liaison among the partners. I also redesigned controllership workflows and implemented management indicators for executive decision-making.
Earlier, I supported legal leaders and boards with reports, provisions, and litigation budgets, managed litigation teams and outside counsel, and restructured legal operations. As a lawyer and operations leader, I’ve worked across law firms and in-house legal departments, supporting partners and branch offices through better systems, tracking, and follow-through.
