At the State of Ceará Attorney General's Office (PGE-CE), I work across litigation, appeals to Brazil's higher courts, public procurement, and enforcement of judgments. My work includes checking whether legal arguments use the right statute, precedent, and court.

In the Litigation Division, I draft court filings and legal opinions for state agencies, including in civil-service recruitment disputes. I assess whether binding Supreme Court precedents fit the facts and advise on the limits of court orders.

In the Superior Courts Division, I drafted special appeals to the STJ and extraordinary appeals to the STF, along with other appeals and motions. In procurement and enforcement assignments, I wrote legal opinions and filings, reviewed court-ordered payment requests, and set legal criteria for the State's calculation unit.

I use Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini daily in legal work, and maintain my own prompt library for contract and document review and checking court filings. I want to bring my precision in legal analysis to AI legal evaluation and build expertise in competition law, including Brazil's CADE framework.
