Ferit Games
@feritgames
Intelligent automation and AI developer specializing in agentic RAG pipelines and process automation.
What I'm looking for
I’m an Intelligent Automation Developer and AI-focused builder with B.A. degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Rutgers University, where I’ve maintained a 3.6/4.0 cumulative GPA while studying subjects like Data Structures, Numerical Analysis, and Design & Analysis of Algorithms.
I architect autonomous, end-to-end automation pipelines using Robotic Process Automation (RPA), using quantitative bottleneck analysis (error variance and overhead) to decide what to automate. I also use stochastic modeling for unstructured data ingestion to reduce latency, and I bridge technical and business requirements to deliver bespoke tools that support client acquisition.
Alongside automation, I’ve built AI systems end-to-end: an AI-driven image restoration framework using Fourier analysis and Point Spread Function (PSF) estimation, with CNN-based blur prediction and ADMM-backed Python tooling to stabilize ill-posed inverse problems. In projects like AURA, I spearheaded an agentic RAG system translating natural language into sequential SQL queries against a live Snowflake database, plus Gemini-powered “smart-ingestion,” and I’ve developed user-facing dashboards and applications with React, Flask, and MongoDB Atlas.

Intelligent Automation Developer
XCognia
Nov 2025 - Present (7 months)
Architected autonomous RPA pipelines to automate repetitive manual work and reduce latency. Performed quantitative bottleneck analysis and built end-to-end stochastic modeling solutions for unstructured data ingestion while aligning technical and business requirements for client acquisition.
Developed an AI-driven image restoration framework to identify and remove complex motion blur using Fourier analysis and PSF estimation. Engineered a CNN-based deep learning pipeline and optimized system performance with mathematically validated error bounds and convergence rates.
Software and Hardware Tester
Techills
Sep 2023 - Jun 2024 (9 months)
Refurbished and diagnosed networking hardware (Cisco, TP-Link) using software stability and diagnostic checks. Executed performance testing protocols to ensure software-hardware synchronization and collaborated on testing workflows to streamline technical insight sharing.
