At Tekab Dev Tunisia, I replaced an online OCR system with a fully offline document extraction pipeline for sensitive insurance claim documents. I run PaddleOCR-VL and PP-OCR in parallel and merge their outputs into structured, schema-validated JSON.

I’ve also built and shipped two React Native apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and developed enterprise applications serving 10,000+ users. On personal projects, I built Adopti.tn, a pet adoption platform, and FrameFind, an open-source tool that finds ranked B-roll assets from video scripts.
